The originality of the region is to offer an exeptional touristic climate with sea and mountains (elevation: 0 to 2920m) over a small area of 100km.

The roussillon has a mediterraneen climate.
Winters are exceptionnaly nice and sunny.

The oriental pyrennees are a region of feast.
Holy feasts and others are all year long; Aplecs, Sardanes and Coblas give the rythm for all feasts in a village for the greatest touristic experience. |

GASTRONOMY AND THE WINE

Several events celebrate wine and rythm the vineyards' life; especially the St.Bacchus in Perpignan, the wine feast of Roussillon and the "new wine" feast right after the grape harvest. |

By the mountain and 9km from the beach, it's the second village from the beach after Sorède, before Villelongue dels Monts.. |

It is one of the oldest villages around, part of a medieval town dominated by a tower.
 |
Long time before, the village was fortified and the dungeon is now restored as well as the church from the seventeenth century which once hosted the king of Majorque in 1285. This one was hiding from his brother Pierre the third, fearing an alliance with Philippe le Hardi who was threatening Spain. |

Its location offers many different activities: hiking, mountain biking, health tracks, swimming in rivers in the middle of the forest 5 minuts from the village, tennis, all sport arena.

Its also an exceptional site for motorbikes and quads, with maintained trails that will put all your pilot ressources to the test. Sea, mountains, rivers, lakes, monuments, the Oriental pyrennees offer a rich diversity of landscapes.
All difficulty levels are available. From dust to rocks, beginners or champions will find hundreds of kilometers of trails.
We can provide different services: technical assistance for pilots in difficulty or lost and a logistical and mechanical help in case of breakdowns.
The bikes will be kept safe in a closed garage.
