General Renting policy
Policy
:
Renting is only possible on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
Arrival / Departure on Sunday.
Reservation
:
The reservation becomes effective upon reception of the completed reservation sheet, signed and with a 25% down payment on your whole stay.
All cancellation, late arrival or early departure will not be reimbursed.
Balance
:
It has to be paid the day of your arrival.
Deposit
:
It will have to be paid the day of your arrival, and will be given back the day of your departure after complete inspection and inventory of the apartment.
For the small apartments, the deposit is 500; for the mid-size apartments, the deposit is 750; and for the loft, the deposit is 1000.
In case of breakdown, the cost of the equipment will be taken off the deposit. In case of dirty a apartment, the cleaning will be billed and taken off the deposit as follow: 30 for the small apartments, 37 for the mid-size, and 44 for the loft.
Pets :
Pets are not allowed in the community. Their presence will lead to immediate contract failure.
